Entry to the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre is open to all upon presentation of a valid Photo ID card. But access to the Cafeteria and Library is permitted only with a valid membership card.
Membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the card-holder.
Change of address, secondary email ID, and loss of membership card must be reported immediately. A new card can be issued on written request for a duplicate.
No parking is available inside the premises.
Members or students may bring up to 3 guests to the Cafeteria. Guests must show valid Photo ID at the gate.
For more than 3 guests, prior permission must be emailed to the Director at least 2 days in advance. Friday requests are handled on Monday. The Director’s decision is final.
All individuals must take care of their belongings. The Centre is not responsible for losses or theft.
All persons may be subject to bag checks and frisking at the gate. Cooperation with security is expected.
Children under 12 are allowed only after 6:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends/holidays.
Children must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian. The Centre is not responsible for any injuries or harm.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
Use of the premises is at the sole risk of the visitor. The Embassy is not liable for any incident or damage.
The annual membership fee is ₹7,000 for all nationalities.
